Umeed Marketplace is planned as a centralized platform connecting customers and approved independent sellers. Final contracting parties, seller responsibilities and dispute handling require legal review.
Orders and availability
Product availability, price, shipping charges, order acceptance and delivery estimates should be confirmed by server-side data at checkout. Displaying a product does not guarantee stock.
Payments, commissions and settlement
COD reconciliation, vendor commissions, marketing fees, payout timing, refunds and adjustments must be disclosed in the approved final terms before transactions are enabled.
